Every twelve months, my rotational program moves me to a new job in a new city. Each move means learning a new role, a new team, and a new site fast, and that flexibility is what I'm building.
Operations Leadership Development Program · Sept 2025 – Present
Mapped how work and material move through the plant, to improve inventory accuracy and plan ahead for moving a whole value stream to a new part of the building.
Buying smarter. Sometimes the pricier part wins, because it saves more in labor time than it costs.
A third operations role in a third city. New team, new problems, same goal: make the work simpler.
A volunteer role. XLDP brings together every current member of Xylem's OLDP, ELDP, and FLDP programs.
Recognized as "Inspired" for delivering a repeatable AI solution with value beyond the hackathon, and for bringing outside-the-box thinking to real business challenges.
